MoGi Group (TransPerfect Gaming Division) is an award-winning multilingual video games services company dedicated to world-class translation, localization, player support, games testing, cybersecurity, tool development, art design, and community management services.

Our localization department supports a wide range of games developers, publishers and creators worldwide, helping them to reach new audiences in over 50 global languages. We’re currently looking for a dynamic, native French speaking addition to the team who can work with cross-functional teams to help develop and hone quality assurance and partner delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.

The French quality assurance and delivery coordinator will act as a strong positive influence on all quality assurance and partner-facing communications practices throughout the French language teams in our localization department, managing both best translation and QA practices internally and ensuring smooth, timely deliveries to our many partners.


  • Executing quality assurance best practices are upheld to ensure a consistently high standard of localized deliverables
  • Utilizing CAT tools and translation management software to facilitate smooth workflows and terminology management
  • Developing project workflows and identifying key steps to ensuring linguistically accurate, culturally adapted, and compliant translations
  • Taking ownership of final deliveries to partners in a timely and process-orientated manner
  • Running final linguistic checks on all localized assets to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout
  • Working with linguistic teams to resolve identified issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintaining relationships with linguists and coaching them on any linguistic issues that arise over the course of their assigned projects
  • Coordinating with senior project managers and stakeholders on key project KPIs and performance and providing timely feedback on any issues arising and how they were resolved



Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Language Studies, International studies, or Localization
  • Proficiency in CAT tools (MemoQ, SDL Trados)
  • Experience in the localization/video games industry
  • Strong computer and desktop publishing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A native or fluent level of French
  • A strong proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events in the course of project work
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and lateral thinking capacity to readily offer clients innovative solutions
