Our successful community management and player support departments support countless exciting games and titles worldwide, helping developers to manage their communities in multiple languages, while our localization department helps bring games of all genres to the world in over 44 languages.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and diligent native German-speaking administration and clerical expert with a background in community management to help us with many exciting new projects in the games industry. Candidates should have the experience and organisational temperament to take ownership over a wide range of administration and human resources duties including basic operational facilitation and installing internal staff support structures. A strong interest in supporting online communities and social media content creation is also important.

This is a flexible role that can be shaped and adapted over time to the successful candidate’s most exemplary and impactful skills and competencies.


Admin Responsibilities: 

  • Installing standard administration operational procedures and maintaining all relevant documentation
  • Maintaining close contact with stock and service suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Facilitating internal and external communications with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring clear lines of communication both in-house and in conjunction with MoGi Group’s other international offices
  • Facilitating meetings with project managers, department heads, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting in occasional recruitment campaigns
  • Overseeing office budget sheets and facility maintenance
  • Upholding internal policy and ensuring all relevant policy documentation is maintained
  • Supporting and inducting new staff members

Community Management Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Conducting stakeholder research to develop a stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Monitoring and moderating online platforms
  • Direct support of users on different online platforms
  • Leveraging data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and improve the support experiences
  • Developing ideas for community engagement



Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Communications, Media, Journalism, German or related field
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field
  • A native level of German with excellent oral and written skills (fluent speakers of German, Italian, and Spanish also required)
  • An excellent level of English, oral and written communications skills essential
  • A familiarity with human resources best practices
  • An in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of a multinational service provider
  • An interest in creating and maintaining internal processes and administration procedures
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Passion for building communities and helping to improve user experience
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and lateral thinking capacity to readily offer clients innovative solutions
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for and knowledge of games
