Our localization department supports over 600 games developers across the globe. We’re currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic French intern to join our team of over 130 in-house translators who can assist in providing top class translation/localization in a fast-paced and active environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with translation and/or proofreading of texts (in-game, marketing for various gaming genres, IT and software, etc.) in the French language
  • Assisting with the quality assurance of translated materials
  • Assisting with the translation memory maintenance
  • Assisting with the term base creation

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be a student of translation or related field
  • Be a native speaker in the French language
  • A strong proficiency in the English language
  • Be interested in gaining first-hand experience in translation and proofreading in the video games industry
  • Have a good command of English, both written and oral
  • Have some practical knowledge of CAT tools
  • Are eager to learn, with a positive attitude
  • Keen to work in an international environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and lateral thinking capacity to readily offer clients innovative solutions
